DMCA Content Removal and Counter-Notice Procedure Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will remove the infringing content in compliance with copyright law. To maintain fairness, we may provide the details of the DMCA notice, including the complainant’s contact information, to the alleged infringer. If your content was taken down in error, you have the right to submit a counter-notice that must include: A description of the content and its original location. Your name, mailing address, contact number, and email address. A sworn statement affirming under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake. A declaration consenting to legal proceedings and agreeing to accept legal documents. Your signature (physical or electronic). Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the complainant takes legal action.
